Description: The Canada Learning Bond provides up to $2,000 for eligible youth born in 2004 or later, to help pay for educational costs after high school. Students must open a Registered Education Savings Plan and request the CLB but no contributions are required. Approximately 148,000 youths turning 18 in 2022, will be eligible for an average of $1,300 in unclaimed CLB. Come hear from Employment and Social Development Canada and the Omega Foundation on why students need to learn about this “money on the table”.
