Pricing

• CASFAA member early bird rate:  $450 + tax, available until April 15, 2025
• CASFAA member regular rate:  $500 + tax, available April 16 until May 15, 2025
• Non-member regular rate:  $600 + tax, available until May 15, 2025

St. Francis Xavier University looks forward to welcoming you soon to the highland heart of Nova Scotia in beautiful Antigonish County. As the conference committee prepares for your arrival, we are excited to be curate a uniquely East Coast experience for attendees!  

CASFAA 2025 Conference Registration Fees include access to all sessions, including keynote and plenaries, opening reception, and conference banquet and social.

Note: All attendees are encouraged to make online payment at the time of registration, though invoicing is available if needed. All registration fee payments must be received by end of business day on Friday, May 30, 2025. 

Refund Policy:

• 100% refund minus $30 admin. fees if cancellation is received by May 7, 2025.
• 50% refund minus $30 admin. fees if cancellation is received between May 8 – 30, 2025.
• Cancellations received May 31, 2025, onward will receive no refund.
