Pricing:

  • CASFAA member early bird rate:  $450, available until April 1, 2026
  • CASFAA member regular rate:  $500, available April 2 until May 10, 2026
  • Non-member regular rate:  $600, available until May 10, 2026
  • Sponsor regular rate: $0, available until May 10, 2026

CASFAA 2026 Conference registration fees include access to all sessions, including the keynote and plenaries, the opening reception, and the conference banquet and social.

Note: All attendees are encouraged to make online payment at the time of registration, though invoicing is available if needed.  All registration fee payments must be received by the end of the business day on Friday, May 10, 2026. 

Refund Policy:

  • 100% refund minus $30 admin. fees if cancellation is received by May 7, 2026.
  • 50% refund minus $30 admin. fees if cancellation is received between May 8 and 20, 2026.
  • Cancellations received May 21, 2026, onward will receive no refund.

The cancellation notice must be sent by the attendee to conference@casfaa.ca.
