Job Description / Duties

Key Responsibilities
• Working with students and prospective students who are seeking student funding assistance
• Coordinating multiple facets of the student awards program
• Advising students on funding options
• Developing and maintaining the Lakeland College student awards database
• Coordinating the dissemination of information and materials to the appropriate individuals, collection of information, and coordination of the award recipient selection process

Qualifications / Required Skills

Job Requirements
• Post-secondary diploma in a related field
• Three years’ correlating experience
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of databases
• Knowledge of Student Records Systems: Peoplesoft, Blackbaud Award Management
• Public Relations & Program Administration Accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills and self-directed
• Independent problem solving and decision making ability
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment with a high volume workload and constant deadlines

This is Full-time Permanent AUPE position on the Vermilion campus, commencing July 1, 2024.

Competition will remain open until June 10, 2024.

Salary: The current salary range is $47,357 - $59,680 per annum and includes a generous benefit package and pension plan.
