Job Description / Duties
The incumbent is primarily responsible for the administration of student financial aid assistance programs at the University based on established criteria. The incumbent advises, interviews and assists students on all aspects of educational financial resources, including the application and appeals processes for government aid, and for the dispensation of University trust funds. The incumbent receives direction from the Financial
Aid Supervisor and reports to the Associate Registrar, Records,
Registration and Financial Aid.
Qualifications / Required Skills
1) Completion of a three-year diploma (minimum 90 credits); and
2) Two years of directly related and progressively senior administrative support experience, including experience in an educational setting with significant student contact and previous financial aid experience.
Additional Information
Appointment Date: 03/16/15
Days and Hours of Work: As per department schedule. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. However, hours may vary and may include evenings, weekends and non-standard work weeks.
Union: COPE. Membership in COPE is a condition of employment.

Salary: $4,123 to $4,640 per month, based on 35 hours a week
